New geographical structure in Nestle

The structure will highlight the company's important commitment to succeed in all parts of the world, including the top two markets in North America and Greater China.

The company will be divided into five zones. The North America (NA) zone consists of the United States of America, the group's largest market, and Canada. The Latin America (LATAM) zone consists of Brazil and Mexico. The European zone (EUR) continues to develop the operating model. The Asia, Oceania and Africa (AOA) zone will in future include the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Greater China (GC) is one of the fastest growing food and beverage markets in the world.

The company is also changing its executive board in line with the new structure. With the new zone structure, Nestlé plans to ensure sustainable profitable growth wherever it operates. With this step, they also want to get closer to their customers, new business opportunities should ensure faster growth.
